Flower Marie
Made by by Kevin and Alison Blunt on Greenacres Farm, East Sussex.
Flower Marie is an unpasteurised sheeps cheese which is incredibly soft in texture. It has strong lemony note with an almost fudgy taste & texture. The milk is sourced from a herd of Friesland-Dorset sheep, and as it ages it develops more intense flavour but the texture gets far gooier.
