October is the turn of Trefaldwyn Blue, hailing from Montgomery in Wales. This rich blue cheese has a lovely egg-yolk orange colouring with ample blue veining. It has a dense, buttery texture and a gentle, slightly sweet flavour, with subtle lactic notes.
